This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Conduct timely and precise preventative maintenance on medical devices within a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Diagnose issues and carry out basic service repairs on client equipment.
• Support seasoned field engineers with equipment installations and intricate repairs.
• Actively collaborate with team members to identify suitable solutions for clients.
• Foster relationships with clients, ensuring prompt communication and adequate follow-up.
• Guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent military training alongside 2 years of experience in servicing electronic equipment.
• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of pertinent experience.
• Completion of the GEHC Apprentice Program.
• Must possess and uphold a valid Driver’s License.
• Proficiency in web applications and the Microsoft suite of products.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Availability for after-hours work and/or a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
