This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver expert-level technical support for water-cutting and surface preparation systems.
• Provide both on-site and remote technical assistance for the operation, diagnosis, and repair of Flow systems.
• Aid customers in troubleshooting, identifying parts, and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or site visits.
• Complete all necessary administrative documentation and service reports accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to documentation efforts by keeping product manuals and technical references up to date.
• Act as a professional intermediary between Flow and its customers/distributors.
• An Associate’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of field service experience with robotics, motion control systems, CNC machinery, or similar capital equipment.
• Expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, Teams, and service-related tools.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
• Willingness to travel internationally, including to Canada.
