This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Interact with Aerospace & Defense clients to grasp technical specifications and system-level challenges.
• Design and showcase solutions for applications related to RF & microwave, radar, electronic warfare, avionics, communications, embedded systems, HIL, and automated validation.
• Assist in pre-sales technical initiatives, including customer presentations, solution showcases, workshops, benchmarking, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to achieve technical successes and boost business growth.
• Partner with System Integrators and ecosystem collaborators to facilitate scalable deployment strategies.
• Create and suggest architectures utilizing modular instrumentation, PXI platforms, automated testing software, and validation frameworks.
• Offer technical advice on system integration, automation approaches, and testing methodologies.
• Aid in customer onboarding, provide implementation support, and resolve technical issues.
• Work across departments with R&D, product teams, services, and global application engineering groups.
• Monitor emerging trends in Aerospace & Defense technologies and customer needs to shape future solution strategies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required (preferably in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, Instrumentation, Aerospace, or related fields).
• 6–10 years of experience in application engineering, systems engineering, validation, or technical consulting within the Aerospace & Defense sector or similar industries.
• Robust technical knowledge of automated testing and validation systems.
• Experience with RF testing, radar systems, avionics, embedded systems, communications, or HIL environments.
• Capacity to comprehend and design complex system-level solutions.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, clients, and partners.
• Willingness to travel according to project and client needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills complemented by a technical curiosity.
• Capability to engage thoroughly with customer engineering teams.
