This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert field service support for Molecular Devices products.

• Conduct installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance for instruments.

• Apply critical thinking to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Offer prompt, high-quality, on-site troubleshooting and maintenance services.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in a similar position.

• Strong mechanical, electronics, and electrical expertise, along with knowledge of assembly-level fault detection and testing.

• Customer-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Reside in the Malmö/Lund area with easy access to the airport for international travel.
