• Perform installation, repair, calibration, cleaning, and testing of instruments employing logical troubleshooting methods promptly.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers.
• Consult with customers on solutions; address their needs and ensure a secure operational environment.
• Manage a field inventory of parts, testing devices, and tools.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment at both the customer location and within the company vehicle.
• Associate’s degree, Technical Associate’s degree, or Electronic Technology Diploma and/or relevant military experience.
• Recent graduate or at least 1 year of experience as a Field Service Engineer, or foundational troubleshooting experience in: Electromechanical, Networking, IT system upgrades, or a similar field.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Capability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Expertise in analyzer network/connectivity setup and support directly related to Laboratory Information Systems/Health Care Information Systems.
• CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
• Experience in the medical industry is advantageous.
