This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at client locations.

• Involves conducting electrical and mechanical testing, in line with maintenance agreements.

• Create new customer service or product contracts.

• Address customer support inquiries within a designated area.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure issues are resolved and follow-up is accurate.

• Propel service business expansion through sales initiatives related to service contracts, parts, upgrades, consumables, and equipment opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant degree in Biology, Chemistry, or another STEM discipline; OR equivalent military experience; OR an Associate's degree with over 2 years of experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic devices.

• Willingness to travel 45-55% of the time.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Capability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
