This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Diagnose, install, perform preventative maintenance, and address service repair requirements for Beckman Coulter equipment.

• Deliver exceptional and efficient customer service while providing technical training on products.

• Keep precise records of customer service logs and internal service documentation.

• Procure repair parts and ensure compliance with established cycle times.

• Utilize business systems for Service Call Planning and to support team objectives.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, while assisting in the training of newer Field Service Engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree along with 1 year of experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotic, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation, or equivalent military experience.

• Capability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise, and/or position up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Over 2 years of experience in advanced troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and/or service repair is advantageous.

• Must have a technical college major such as biomedical, engineering, or a related field.
