• Engage with assigned dealers on a daily basis to assist customers in the field.
• Travel to dealer and customer sites to deliver onsite support, training, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Conduct onsite dealer audits to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dealer network.
• Offer technical support and investigate issues reported by customers and dealers.
• Address escalated technical problems via telephone and CRM applications.
• Collaborate directly with dealers and customers during the problem resolution process, which includes understanding customer issues, outlining action plans, and providing updates and solutions.
• Solve intricate technical challenges through research, data analysis, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to formulate solutions to problems.
• Act as the technical lead for field evaluation units.
• Create technical documentation such as manuals, service bulletins, and work instructions.
• Develop and deliver content for training events and seminars.
• Oversee the goodwill concession process.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary to facilitate frequent travel to regional dealer locations using a company vehicle.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing technical relationships.
• At least 2 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% via company vehicle and air travel, primarily within the Eastern United States, with rare instances of international travel.
• Capability to maintain a productive home office for administrative tasks when not traveling in the field.
