Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conducting service and maintenance tasks for our enterprise clientele.

• Installing, servicing, and maintaining vehicle CCTV, blind spot detection systems, vehicle safety solutions, fleet tracking, and telematics across commercial and light-duty vehicles.

• Cultivating a deep understanding of CameraMatics products and their value to our customers' businesses.

• Effectively managing and maintaining van stock inventories.

• Assisting in auditing and quality control processes to uphold high installation and service standards.

• Providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships.

• Working independently with initiative, while also collaborating effectively within a broader team.

• Ensuring clear and professional written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with automotive electrical 12VDC and 24VDC systems.

• At least 2 years of experience in automotive electrical testing and installation.

• Background in customer-facing roles.

• Experience with HGV/LCV and a genuine enthusiasm for working with vehicles.

• Valid UK Driving License.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• A proactive, driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
