📋 Description

• Accountable for delivering exceptional technical support and services to our medical imaging clientele.

• Responsibilities encompass the installation, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medical imaging devices, ensuring adherence to the highest operational standards.

• Operate independently in the field to diagnose and rectify technical issues while complying with safety regulations and OEM specifications.

• Provide services for medical imaging equipment primarily within the United States.

• Calibrate and troubleshoot imaging systems and computer components to guarantee performance in line with OEM standards.

• Ensure the system operates efficiently to fulfill customer requirements and expectations.

• Propel the company forward in engineering expertise.

• Professionally represent the company in all on-site engagements and effectively relay customer feedback to internal teams.

• Assess, install, and conduct preventive maintenance on imaging equipment, while offering advanced-level troubleshooting and repair for electronic, mechanical, and network-related concerns.

• Continually enhance knowledge in the repair and installation of equipment.

• Provide consistent project updates, feedback, and insights to management, including the Zone Service Director, to facilitate informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Remain accessible to address technical issues and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

• Document newly established processes and deliver training to end users.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, keyboarding, and internet research.

• Strong attention to detail with reliable follow-through on tasks and responsibilities.

• Familiarity with computer diagnostic software and hardware.

• Experience with database entry and management.

• Collaborative team player who encourages open communication and collective success.

• Self-motivated individual who can utilize “downtime” productively.

• Valid driver’s license and proof of a safe driving record.

• Willingness to undergo and successfully complete MVR, criminal background check, and drug screening.

• Must pass a medical examination required under Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and a written test if required to operate rental trucks or fleet vehicles.

• Drivers must comply with on-the-job driver safety training if asked to operate rental trucks or fleet vehicles.

• Must be at least 21 years old to drive a company vehicle.
