This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Responsible for front-line installations, as well as remote and on-site diagnostics before repair services.
• Conduct periodic maintenance visits on Accuray systems.
• Cultivate customer relationships through the effective application of technical expertise.
• Address a wide array of hardware and/or software issues.
• Manage your schedule and work priorities independently.
• Maintain accurate and clear documentation of all work activities.
• Provide training to customer on-site personnel regarding maintenance and service tasks.
• Participate in necessary product and quality training both locally and internationally.
• Support the creation of service documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ideally, 2 years of practical experience in Field Service, including installation and troubleshooting of complex electronic equipment, preferably in the medical care sector.
• Strong hardware and software computer skills, with an understanding of networking.
• Quick learner of new software tools.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and identify urgency in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in the local language as well as English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the country without the need for sponsorship.
