This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct both corrective and preventive maintenance while implementing improvements and executing system upgrades and installations.
• Develop and uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues pertaining to quality assurance and medical safety.
• Oversee the daily schedule and ensure precise and timely communication with customers, dispatchers, managers, as well as regional and cross-functional teams.
• Fulfill all administrative duties accurately and punctually.
• Support the sales team, clinical team, and internal staff, including other on-site service representatives, as required.
• Manage inventory, keep accurate records, and swiftly return unused and defective parts.
• Advocate for and promote maintenance contract offerings to customers while assisting the sales team in selling maintenance contracts within the designated territory, as necessary.
• An associate degree in electronics or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• A solid foundation in electronics, electricity, and mechanics.
• Readiness to work a flexible schedule at short notice to accommodate customer needs.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds (including tools, spare parts, etc.).
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history for the last three years.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Documented experience in providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work-related tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and professional communication in a fast-paced, high-pressure, customer-oriented environment.
• Self-driven with the ability to travel and work independently with minimal oversight.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience with advanced medical devices and medical lasers.
• Demonstrated technical support capabilities and sound decision-making skills.
• Experience in connecting medical devices to hospital networks.
• Familiarity with ServiceMax/Salesforce.
