This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Delivers prominent customer support through on-site installation activities.
• Manages the necessary diagnosis, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of intricate equipment and systems.
• Evaluates and validates the operational quality of system equipment.
• Guides customers on the operation and maintenance of the system.
• Acts as the company's representative with customers regarding administrative and technical issues for assigned projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a talent for diagnosing complex technical challenges.
• Established capability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Proven expertise with standard engineering tools, testing equipment, and software applications.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, customer-oriented settings.
• Openness to travel as needed for customer support, training, or project implementation.
