• Installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of intricate medical imaging devices.
• Conduct timely and precise preventative maintenance on medical equipment.
• Lead customer communications and act as the escalation point for any customer-related issues.
• Take ownership of customer concerns from dispatch or identification of the issue through to resolution.
• Foster relationships with customers and ensure prompt communication.
• Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent military training along with 4 years of experience in servicing electronic equipment.
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of pertinent experience.
• Technical skills in multivendor modalities, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Familiarity with web applications as well as the Microsoft suite of products.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Availability for after-hours work and/or a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
