This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Conduct timely and precise preventative maintenance of medical equipment within a healthcare facility or hospital.
• Execute troubleshooting, service repairs, and installations of moderate complexity.
• Facilitate communication with customers and act as the escalation point for customer-related issues, including installations.
• Take ownership of customer issues from the moment of dispatch or identification until resolution.
• Actively collaborate with team members to ensure the best solutions for the customer.
• Oversee installations, validations, maintenance, and service repair requirements for assigned equipment.
• Utilize customer insights and relationships to support customers and facilitate service sales, contributing to contract and on-demand revenue growth.
• Foster relationships with customers, ensuring timely communication, resolution, and effective follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols to meet regulatory and compliance standards; ensure all work performed is documented daily, including debriefing metrics and ordering parts.
• Collaborate with the customer and/or the sales team to recommend value-added services that enhance customer business efficiency.
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent military training combined with 4 years of experience in servicing electronic equipment.
• High school diploma or GED with 6 years of pertinent experience.
• Technical expertise in imaging equipment, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation capabilities.
• Must possess and retain a valid Driver’s License.
• Proficiency with web applications and the Microsoft suite of products.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Availability for after-hours work and/or participation in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
