This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Conduct prompt and precise preventative maintenance on medical equipment.
• Carry out troubleshooting and basic repair services on customer equipment.
• Support senior field engineers with installations and intricate repairs of equipment.
• Actively collaborate with team members to ensure suitable solutions for customers.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and guarantee timely communication.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols.
• Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent military training along with 2 years of experience in servicing electronic equipment.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma/GED combined with 4 years of pertinent experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Familiarity with web applications in addition to the Microsoft suite of products.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Availability for after-hours work and/or participation in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
