• Conduct timely and precise preventative maintenance on medical equipment within a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Execute troubleshooting and basic repair services on customer equipment.
• Support seasoned field engineers with equipment installations and more intricate repairs.
• Actively collaborate with team members to ensure the best solutions for customers.
• Foster relationships with clients and ensure prompt communication, resolution, and follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols to meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• An associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent military training with 2 years of experience in servicing electronic equipment.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma/GED accompanied by 4 years of pertinent experience.
• Or a graduate of the GEHC Apprentice Program.
• A valid Driver’s License must be obtained and maintained.
• Familiarity with web applications and the Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Willingness to be available after hours and/or to participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
