This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Conduct timely and precise preventative maintenance on medical devices.
• Execute troubleshooting and basic service repairs on customer equipment.
• Support seasoned field engineers with the installation of equipment.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring prompt communication and resolution.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols.
• An associate degree in a related field or equivalent military education, along with 2 years of experience in servicing electronic equipment.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma/GED paired with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Familiarity with web applications and the Microsoft suite of products is essential.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
