Field Service and Technical Sales Engineer – Industrial Material Handling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Execute on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting of ash handling and material handling systems.

• Assist with installation, startup, shutdowns, and commissioning processes.

• Assess current systems (including ANDRITZ and competitor equipment).

• Perform multi-day site evaluations to pinpoint performance enhancements.

• Provide technical recommendations, system assessments, and training.

• Foster long-term customer relationships through hands-on assistance.

• Identify and cultivate aftermarket service, upgrade, and parts opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with industrial equipment, mechanical systems, or material handling systems.

• Practical experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning, or field service.

• Excellent customer-facing communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently in field settings.

• Enthusiasm for combining technical knowledge with business development.

• Experience in power generation, ash handling, material handling, or heavy industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
