
Field Service After-Sales Maintenance Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Maintenance and installation of machines along with the management of spare parts.
• Commissioning and starting up both simple and complex equipment.
• Oversight of job-related resources, including company vehicles and tools.
• Preparation of reports detailing interventions performed.
• Execution of troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning tasks.
• Review the schedule provided by the customer service department.
• Identify the type of intervention (repair, maintenance, etc.), the number of machines involved, and the conditions of the intervention.
• Prepare spare parts in accordance with the type of machine and the nature of the intervention.
• Actively participate in site coordination meetings during the installation of complex equipment.
• Serve as the technical point of contact on-site during equipment installation.
• Install and commission both simple and complex equipment.
• Provide training to customers regarding the use of simple and complex equipment.
• Complete intervention reports to initiate spare parts orders.
• Check the availability of spare parts through physical inventory.
• Carry out administrative tasks and follow up on equipment status.
• Plan and organize your daily work activities.
• Ensure that all work equipment is maintained in good condition.

• Proficient in training others and conveying technical information clearly.
• Possession of a vocational baccalaureate (BAC pro) / BTS in electromechanics or an equivalent qualification.
• Ability to interpret layout plans and technical schematics.
• Skilled in mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and automation techniques.
• High level of safety awareness.
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
