This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This role oversees a geographically designated team of Residential Market Development Account Executives engaged in Door-to-Door Sales activities.
• Responsible for directing and managing daily operations aimed at selling top-tier services to potential residential customers while supporting the objectives of acquiring new customers.
• Actively and consistently promote efforts to streamline and improve the customer experience.
• Accountable for achieving and surpassing budgeted headcount and sales targets.
• A dynamic and inspiring leader with the expertise and experience to generate enthusiasm, build and lead teams, and cultivate skills in others.
• Possesses strong project management abilities and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee and assess staff functions, including recruitment, training, development, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and recommendations for salary/status changes.
• Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable in a consistent and equitable manner when those expectations are not met.
• Work collaboratively with other departments and support teams to achieve collective goals and objectives.
• The work allocation for Residential Connectivity Sales leaders will consist of approximately 30% fieldwork and 70% office work.
• Provide coaching in alignment with Cable One & Family Brands Sales Process.
• Communicate territory assignments to Residential Connectivity Sales Account Executives.
• Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate approval of all commission payments.
• Complete administrative duties related to all sales activities and ensure the same is done by the team.
• Possess a thorough understanding of Cable One & Family Brands product offerings and value propositions in their respective markets.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and computer skills.
• Willingness to travel (including in adverse weather conditions) to and from assigned territories and company locations using a dependable personal vehicle.
• Able to work outdoors for extended durations in any season and/or during inclement weather.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Outside Residential Sales or a related field.
• Familiarity with computer operating systems and a variety of consumer and commercial communication devices (e.g., PDAs, smartphones, routers, modems, converters, and wireless devices) as well as software applications.
• Must be available to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, a satisfactory driving record that meets company standards, and auto insurance.
• Ability to complete documentation with precision.
