This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver expert product support and provide impactful training sessions.
• Advocate for innovative products to end users, dealers, and industry stakeholders.
• Address technical challenges and collaborate with sales to convert leads into loyal customers.
• Execute joint initiatives and conduct product demonstrations at dealer events.
• Offer customized sessions on product usage, safety, and certifications to ensure optimal results.
• Foster strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support and collecting insights for product enhancement.
• Candidates should possess a degree in a business-related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, marketing, or technical support within the tools, industrial, or hardware industries.
• Strong comprehension of product applications with the capability to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train a variety of audiences.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude complemented by excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in organizing and supporting events, including showcases, training sessions, and dealer activities.
• A full UK driver’s license is required.
