Field Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Accountable for expanding the iKhokha customer base while achieving ambitious sales targets in the JHB Central region.

• Identify and target new customers within specific areas and industries.

• Ensure completion of feedback loops as necessary, which involve Swarm and demo feedback, as well as the management of HubSpot usage and deal pipelines.

• Offer proactive suggestions for enhancements or modifications to sales or service processes that could benefit the organization.

• Keep professional and technical knowledge up to date through continuous self-directed and collaborative learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Matric qualification completed.

• At least 3 years of experience in Field/Outbound Sales.

• Prior experience in the merchant services or banking sectors is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Software, and CRM systems.

• FICA training is advantageous.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

• Must currently reside in Gauteng.
