Field Sales Representative – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and expand your sales territory — identify, target, and secure new customers through proactive outreach, relationship building, and solution-focused selling.

• Identify key markets and cultivate a robust pipeline of new business opportunities; create and implement strategic plans to stimulate revenue growth and demand generation.

• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure, engaging stakeholders across technical, commercial, and executive levels.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, partnerships) to provide customized SaaS and data-driven solutions that meet customer needs.

• Prepare and present engaging QBRs and proposals to customers and senior stakeholders, both virtually and in person.

• Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities within your region.

• Ensure accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce to prioritize tasks and forecast effectively.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in field or outside sales, with a solid SaaS background.

• Demonstrated success in hunting and securing new business — comfortable building a pipeline from the ground up.

• Experience in the UK & Ireland, Benelux, or Nordic markets is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the electronics industry or supply chain is beneficial.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to engage confidently at all organizational levels.

• Self-motivated individual who works autonomously and thrives with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.

• Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
