This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee a specific customer base in the retail and fuel station sectors while acquiring new clients within the assigned sales area.
• Responsible for revenue and target achievement: meet set sales goals and enhance turnover through effective sales tactics.
• Boost throughput and expand distribution, ensuring cost-effective stock management for customers, while actively driving sales via targeted promotions.
• Enhance brand presence by maintaining, securing, and developing “Perfect Shelf” concepts on store shelves.
• Consult and influence customers based on market and client situations regarding sales-driven ordering, product supply, primary and secondary placements, and initiate promotional efforts.
• Engage in active selling, particularly during KAM promotions, in-store marketing initiatives, and coupon/talon campaigns.
• Plan efficient routes based on a defined visit sequence or customer-specific special tours utilizing CRM software (Salesforce).
• Represent our company at trade shows and exhibitions; prepare reports and relay regional insights to the supervisor.
• EU citizenship and/or a valid work permit is necessary.
• Completion of commercial vocational training or a higher qualification is required.
• Several years of experience in field sales, ideally within the FMCG sector or consumer goods sales.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills, along with experience in account management.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
• Excellent communication abilities, persuasiveness, and a spirit of teamwork.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong alignment with our company values.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and stay overnight as needed.
• Fluent in German with a basic understanding of English.
• Valid driver’s license (class).
