Field Sales Representative – MSO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients within a designated portfolio of rooftops.

• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to assess client requirements and advocate for our products and services.

• Discover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling among current accounts.

• Develop and present compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Negotiate contracts and business terms to secure new partnerships.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and efficient service delivery.

• Monitor sales activities and client interactions using CRM software, offering regular updates on progress towards targets.

• Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and product innovations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, ideally within a comparable industry.

• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for establishing rapport with clients.

• Strong negotiation capabilities with the skill to effectively close deals.

• Self-driven and capable of working autonomously in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel locally for client engagements.

• Experience in Automotive Claims is preferred.
