
Field Sales Representative β Compounding, Longevity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +2 more states.
β’ Advocate for Southend Pharmacy's longevity medication range by engaging providers through direct, face-to-face outreach.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with medspas, longevity clinics, wellness practices, and other pertinent provider accounts.
β’ Facilitate the adoption of new accounts while increasing volume within your existing network.
β’ Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to guide sales strategy and ensure compliance.
β’ Actively participate in onboarding training and continuous product education β this is a mandatory aspect of the position.
β’ Demonstrated success in healthcare sales β experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, GLP-1s, hormone replacement therapy, or compounding is highly regarded.
β’ Established relationships with providers in your market.
β’ Outstanding communication and relationship development skills.
β’ Capability to work independently and effectively manage your own time and territory.
β’ Willingness to commit a minimum of 15β20 hours per week to this role.
β’ Dedication to completing and upholding Southend's training program.
β’ Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
β’ 18% gross profit commission β uncapped, with no tiers or minimums.
β’ Flexibility to work in the field on your own schedule.
β’ Access to marketing resources and dedicated sales support to enhance your effectiveness.
β’ An expanding formulary β with HRT and additional longevity therapeutics set to launch later this year.
