Field Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acquisition of customers and fostering enduring business relationships in the soundproofing and acoustic solutions sector.

• Performing product demonstrations and presentations at the premises of potential clients.

• Modifying sales strategies based on market research and client feedback to meet sales objectives.

• Working in conjunction with the inside sales team to comprehend specific customer needs and develop customized proposals.

• Engaging in trade shows and industry events to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the office furniture sector.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for establishing long-lasting customer relationships.

• Self-reliant work ethic, high motivation, and a readiness to travel frequently.

• Familiarity with soundproofing or interior design is considered a plus.

• Proficient in German (both spoken and written) and possess good English language skills.
