Field Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Utilize a company-issued vehicle to travel to designated residences, with frequent travel of up to 50%

• Conduct face-to-face interviews and recruit statistically representative households

• Gather and input demographic and technical information about households

• Work in conjunction with various departments to ensure adherence to established procedures

• Achieve performance objectives, quality benchmarks, and customer satisfaction goals

• Be ready for overnight stays for up to 50% of your working hours

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of relevant work experience

• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record

• Proficient computer skills (iOS, MS Windows, Google applications)

• Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities

• Competence in reading and writing English

• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

• Willingness and capability to travel overnight for up to 50% of the time

• Adaptability and openness to various environments

• Strong interpersonal skills
