
Field Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform daily in-person outreach to high-risk, hard-to-reach patients by visiting their residences unannounced and educating them about the Monogram Health program face-to-face.
• Proactively schedule and conduct a minimum of 10 home visits each day.
• Navigate a designated territory daily to engage both new and existing members.
• Achieve or surpass sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure a high completion rate for scheduled visits.
• Work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
• Keep accurate records within CRM systems.
• Prior experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Account Executive, or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with outdoor, door-to-door, or on-site outreach efforts.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle for daily travel, with a readiness to travel extensively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High degree of self-motivation and independence.
• Results-oriented, with a proactive, hunter mentality.
• Ability to adjust to various customer types and field situations.
• Tech-savvy enough to handle CRM updates, email correspondence, and basic reporting.
