This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Perform daily in-person outreach to high-risk, hard-to-reach patients by visiting their homes unexpectedly and educating them about the Monogram Health program in person.
• Actively schedule and complete a minimum of 10 home visits each day.
• Navigate a designated territory daily to connect with both new and existing members.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure a high completion rate for scheduled visits.
• Work in collaboration with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
• Keep precise records in CRM systems.
• Prior experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Account Executive, or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with outdoor, door-to-door, or on-location outreach activities.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel, along with a willingness to travel extensively on a daily basis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High degree of self-motivation and independence.
• Results-oriented mindset with a hunter mentality.
• Capability to adapt to various customer types and field situations.
• Tech-savvy enough to handle CRM updates, email follow-ups, and basic reporting tasks.
