This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Perform daily face-to-face outreach to high-risk, hard-to-reach patients by visiting their residences unannounced and providing in-person education about the Monogram Health program.
β’ Proactively arrange and complete a minimum of 15 home visits each day.
β’ Navigate a specified territory daily to engage both new and existing members.
β’ Achieve or surpass sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
β’ Ensure a high completion rate of scheduled visits.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
β’ Keep precise records in CRM systems.
β’ Previous experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Account Executive, or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
β’ Comfortable with outdoor, door-to-door, or on-location outreach activities.
β’ Must possess a valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle for travel, along with a willingness to travel extensively on a daily basis.
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
β’ High degree of self-motivation and independence.
β’ Results-oriented, exhibiting a hunter mentality.
β’ Capability to adapt to various customer types and field situations.
β’ Tech-savvy enough to manage CRM updates, conduct email follow-ups, and perform basic reporting tasks.
