This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
β’ Deliver effective FMC product recommendations to clients
β’ Oversee customer accounts while identifying and developing new prospects for FMC product sales
β’ Emphasize sales objectives, business growth, and cultivating client relationships
β’ Create sales presentations, call strategies, proposals, and reports
β’ Guide and mentor sales representatives in adjacent territories
β’ Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related Life Science field
β’ Over 10 years of sales experience
β’ Proven ability to make data-driven decisions utilizing CRM systems
β’ Strong foundation in value selling principles and agronomics
β’ Excellent financial and business insight
β’ Proven capability to make decisions with minimal supervision
β’ Exceptional negotiation abilities
