• Achieve and surpass Wolfspeed’s revenue and pipeline generation growth objectives.
• Build, nurture, and sustain business relationships with both existing and potential customers within the designated area for Wolfspeed’s Power and RF differentiated products.
• Create a strategic territory plan to manage and grow a mix of current and emerging customers while supporting revenue targets aligned with business unit strategies.
• Evaluate opportunities to determine compatibility with Wolfspeed Semiconductor solutions.
• Collaborate with and assist customers throughout the design cycle, from the concept phase (CTO level) to production.
• Cultivate strong relationships with strategic customers and key distribution partners.
• Coordinate and assign both demand creation and fulfillment targets for the territory in conjunction with channel partners.
• Develop business cases for new opportunities, coordinating and utilizing functional and technical peers to secure and finalize deals.
• Provide precise and timely business forecasts, including Opportunity Pipeline and Revenue.
• Collaborate with Quality and Customer Service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
• Convey market trends and propose strategies for achieving success.
• Evaluate product positioning and suggest necessary changes to outpace competitors.
• Work closely with Field Application Engineers and business units to assist with competitor analysis, market intelligence, and pricing negotiations.
• Lead and motivate new business demand creation in collaboration with FAE and Business Unit to secure successful design wins at customer design and R&D centers.
• Showcase new Wolfspeed technology and products to customers and distribution partners.
• A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Over 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or equivalent technical knowledge/experience.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a professional demeanor and outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with all levels of the customer organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to present data professionally and in detail to all levels within a customer’s organization.
• A natural ability to prioritize tasks and swiftly identify and address challenges.
• A self-motivated team player who can balance personal objectives with organizational goals.
