This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Interact with customers in the Minneapolis, MN and Kansas City, KS markets to generate demand for suppliers’ products.
• Identify key markets and potential new customers within the designated sales territory.
• Develop strategies and cultivate essential relationships to establish a solid foundation for solution selling.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in relation to supply chain management and various value-added services.
• Formulate strategic plans for all assigned accounts, promoting and marketing Richardson RFPD offerings.
• Prepare detailed internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and present strategic plans aimed at increasing sales.
• Generally requires a 4-year degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Background as a manufacturer representative or distributor in RF/Microwave and power electronics semiconductors and IP&E sales is highly desirable.
• Experience in engaging with vendors and customers within a technical and engineering context is necessary.
• In-depth knowledge of pricing programs and models used in the electronics industry is required.
• Must be capable of promoting and selling the value-added, supply chain, and full life cycle programs provided by Richardson RFPD.
• Proficiency in sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com and Oracle is required.
