This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Tasked with identifying and engaging new clients.
• Maintain records of existing and potential clients in the CRM system, currently using Atlas.
• Responsible for meeting minimum production goals, which includes scheduling initial appointments to secure a WIN.
• Continuously enhance and expand knowledge of the current product/service offerings as well as trends and changes in the financial technology sector.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leadership.
• Additional duties may be assigned as required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
• Reside in the area relevant to the job posting location.
• Minimum of two years of applicable experience.
• Exceptional prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Sales-driven "hunter" mentality.
• Display a professional demeanor and uphold impeccable integrity.
• Demonstrate a high sense of urgency and inherent sales aptitude.
• Enjoy cold-calling and interacting with individuals face-to-face.
• Accountable for delivering measurable, high-quality, and timely outcomes.
• Willingness to spend at least 50% of the time in the field.
