• Oversee a designated customer portfolio within the retail and petrol station industries while also acquiring new clients in the assigned sales area.
• Responsible for revenue and targets: meet set sales objectives and boost income through effective sales methodologies.
• Enhance throughput and broaden distribution, ensuring economical inventory levels at customer locations, while actively promoting sales via targeted marketing campaigns.
• Elevate brand visibility by upholding, securing, and expanding "Perfect Shelf" displays.
• Consult and influence customers based on market and client needs regarding sales-oriented ordering, product availability, primary and secondary placements, and initiate merchandising and promotional efforts.
• Engage in direct selling, particularly during KAM promotions, in-store marketing initiatives, and coupon/talon promotions.
• Plan routes efficiently based on a defined visitation schedule or customer-specific special tours utilizing CRM software (Salesforce).
• Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions; compile reports and provide regional insights to your supervisor.
• EU citizenship and/or a valid work permit is mandatory.
• Completion of a commercial apprenticeship (vocational training) or a higher qualification is required.
• Several years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods sectors.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, along with experience in managing customer accounts.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong alignment with our corporate values.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Germany, including overnight stays.
• Fluent in German and have a basic understanding of English.
• Valid driving license class B (car).
