This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Conduct routine visits to OB GYN offices and other referring providers to promote our services, build partnerships, and enhance existing relationships.
• Visits encompass office calls, luncheons, dinners, open house events, preceptorships, and meetings.
• Organize and oversee educational opportunities (e.g., webinars, seminars) for referring providers and potential patients.
• Utilize market and competitive intelligence alongside internal data to create and maintain a territory call routing plan aimed at achieving objectives.
• Keep precise records of visits, interactions, and partnership activities.
• Customize messaging and strategy based on US Fertility service differentiators, territory knowledge, and evolving market dynamics.
• Conduct annual competitive analysis within the territory.
• Examine market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategies and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with US Fertility physicians to establish individual account strategies and target accounts.
• Ensure up-to-date records and contact information for each provider account in Salesforce.
• Monitor referral volume and adjust strategy and prioritize activities based on data.
• Capable of interpreting reports and uncovering data-driven insights to drive actions.
• Leverage relationships with industry partners and local employers as applicable to enhance referrals, extend reach, and boost brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deliver territory-specific provider materials tailored to local requirements.
• Provide weekly activity reports and monthly expense reports.
• Manage the field territory budget.
• Be prepared to discuss referral results and trends at quarterly director/physician meetings.
• Maintain professional, fertility, and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and building personal networks.
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or Liberal Arts & Sciences.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical/service sales is preferred.
• Experience in women’s healthcare pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Must reside within the designated geography of responsibility or within a reasonable driving distance.
• Strong time and territory management skills.
• Familiarity with the local market and health systems.
• Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Ability to leverage data to prioritize field activities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Proven success in influence and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
