This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Conduct regular visits to OB GYN offices and other referring providers to promote our services, establish partnerships, and enhance existing relationships.
• Organize and manage educational opportunities such as webinars and seminars for referring providers and potential patients.
• Utilize market and competitive intelligence, along with internal data, to create and maintain a territory call routing plan aimed at achieving goals.
• Keep accurate records of visits, interactions, and partnership activities.
• Customize messaging and strategies based on US Fertility service differentiators, knowledge of the territory, and changing market factors.
• Drive annual competitive analysis within the territory.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to guide strategies and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with US Fertility physicians to establish tailored account strategies and target specific accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date records and contact details for each provider account in Salesforce.
• Monitor referral volumes and adjust strategies while prioritizing activities based on data insights.
• Leverage industry partners and local employers as relevant to boost referrals, broaden reach, and enhance brand awareness.
• Partner with the marketing team to design and produce territory-specific provider materials suited to local needs.
• Provide weekly activity reports and monthly expense reports.
• Manage the field territory budget effectively.
• Be ready to discuss referral results and trends during quarterly director and physician meetings.
• Maintain professional knowledge in fertility and technical fields by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and building personal networks.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Liberal Arts & Sciences.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical or service sales is preferred.
• Experience in women's healthcare pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Must reside within the designated geographic area or within a reasonable driving distance.
• Strong time and territory management skills.
• Familiarity with local markets and health systems is essential.
• Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Ability to utilize data effectively to drive field priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proven success in influence and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
