This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Overseeing all facets of MABI brands within the designated market
• Supervise and execute distributor planning, programming, and account management
• Achieve the annual sales objectives in the specified market
• Serve as the key liaison for all distributor-related functions pertaining to the Company's operations
• Implement all elements of the sales strategy with the distributor network
• Present brand strategies, pricing, and promotional activities in line with the business plan parameters
• Monitor and evaluate budget allocations for the assigned territory
• Maintain continuous communication with distributors, including product level monitoring and enhancing actual shipments and depletions
• Responsible for the planning and management of WABP
• Execute brand strategies at the market level, including pricing, shelf placement, and display management
• Oversee and assess marketing initiatives
• Manage operating costs and A&P expenses, ensuring appropriate budget management
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• At least 3 years of experience working with distributors or wholesalers
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the beverage industry
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for budgeting and analysis purposes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) with the capability to develop and present
• Willingness to travel as required
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
