This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, networking events, and other in-person gatherings to discover and engage potential leads.
• Initiate discussions with prospects to comprehend their needs and pinpoint opportunities that correspond with our solutions.
• Record, monitor, and manage leads utilizing Hubspot.
• Qualify leads and arrange discovery meetings for Account Executives and senior sales personnel.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to synchronize event strategy, messaging, and follow-up.
• Provide insights from events to enhance targeting, messaging, and event ROI.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to guide outreach strategies.
• 1–2 years of demonstrated success in face-to-face sales, including experience in cultivating client relationships, meeting or surpassing sales goals, and effectively conveying the value of products or services in a personal setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in engaging with senior stakeholders in person.
• Energetic and outgoing personality with the capacity to initiate conversations and establish rapport swiftly.
• Highly organized and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently for events and conferences (up to 70% of the time).
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads and tracking performance.
