This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +2 more states.
• Perform market and customer analysis and mapping to identify business potential and opportunities.
• Evaluate each account and establish a sales strategy that includes relationship management.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the organization is prepared to implement the business plan.
• Manage quotations effectively.
• Define and modify the service offering as necessary.
• Organize and participate in customer calls and visits.
• Build strong business relationships with key customers, industry players, and stakeholders within the designated region.
• Create a year-over-year sales plan by segmenting customers and prioritizing accordingly.
• Develop, implement, and monitor local sales activities for relevant key accounts or markets to achieve growth targets and objectives.
• Efficiently utilize OneCRM for managing leads and opportunities.
• Plan and carry out a systematic follow-up on all pertinent steps in the sales process.
• Proactively connect and coordinate internally with peers and other stakeholders to ensure aligned customer and market strategies.
• Preferred qualification includes a Business or Engineering Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Experience with service and heat exchanger products and applications is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment alongside local and central organizations.
• Willingness to travel between 50% to 70% of the time.
