This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Travel and participate in outside sales activities, predominantly within customers' residences.
• Deliver professional and engaging sales presentations.
• Quickly adjust to evolving customer needs and effectively promote HDIS solutions.
• Perform necessary incidental tasks to finalize sales (e.g., evaluating customer requirements, creating price estimates, measuring product specifications, etc.)
• Seek new customers both within and outside of assigned THD store and take part in scheduled industry events.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in in-home or virtual sales.
• Experience in the home improvement industry.
• Proficient with computers and applications, and capable of using various technologies (email, iPad, apps, etc.).
