This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ A Home Services Sales Consultant is tasked with promoting and selling the Company's interior and exterior products and services to clients.
β’ The primary duty of the Sales Consultant involves conducting outside sales visits to customer residences and trade shows.
β’ Sales Consultants will visit customers' homes to engage in sales discussions, evaluate customer requirements, provide personalized product recommendations, create and negotiate customized pricing quotes, present warranty details and financial options that align with customer needs, and ensure profitability.
β’ The Sales Consultant will also be responsible for completing necessary sales contracts and documentation, as well as taking measurements using industry-standard techniques to guarantee that orders conform to installation specifications.
β’ Additionally, the Sales Consultant is tasked with actively seeking and acquiring new customers within assigned THD stores and during industry events, such as Home Shows.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
β’ Experience in in-home or virtual sales is preferred.
β’ Background in the home improvement industry is advantageous.
β’ Proficiency in computer applications and the use of various technologies (email, iPad, apps, etc.) is essential.
β’ Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
β’ Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
