Field Sales – Broadband Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Drive customer acquisition through engaging door-to-door interactions and community outreach, bringing our innovative broadband offerings directly to customers.

• Create memorable experiences by highlighting service advantages, responding to inquiries, and providing follow-up support that fosters lifelong customer relationships!

• Collaborate effectively with sales leadership and cross-functional teams while also assisting with additional responsibilities and special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

• Proven history of achieving sales goals in retail or direct sales, with a talent for simplifying complex product offerings.

• Sales & Negotiation Excellence — Proven experience in direct-to-consumer sales, particularly door-to-door, with robust negotiation skills to confidently secure agreements and consistently achieve or surpass sales goals.

• Communication & Customer Engagement — Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to connect with customers, address their questions, deliver compelling product presentations, and seamlessly transition them into T-Mobile services.

• Problem Solving & Adaptability — A strong aptitude for identifying and resolving challenges during the sales process, while adjusting sales strategies to meet diverse customer needs and changing market conditions.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
