This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +2 more states.
• Assist in driving sales initiatives across YMCA, Campus Recreation, Golf/Country Clubs, and Health Clubs.
• Develop the ability to customize your strategy for public, institutional, and private club settings.
• Aid in managing multi-stakeholder purchasing processes involving operators, boards, and ownership groups.
• Contribute to facility planning and discussions surrounding capital projects.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Foster relationships within a geographically diverse and high-activity region.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing positions (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to various customer types.
• A strong interest in fitness, hospitality, or membership-oriented settings.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, relationship-focused, field-based environment.
• Reside within the region and possess the capacity for consistent travel throughout DC, VA, and WV.
