This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive sales growth across various product lines within your designated territory.
• Regularly visit Home Depot and Lowe's retail locations to foster relationships and uncover growth opportunities.
• Deliver product training and knowledge to retail staff, empowering them to effectively communicate brand advantages to customers.
• Act as the primary liaison for store staff and managers, assisting them in achieving success with our products.
• Ensure that displays, signage, and pricing are correct and organized on schedule in every store.
• Collaborate with Pro Sales teams and distributor representatives to enhance awareness, support Pro-oriented programs, and participate in retail Pro Events.
• Support Retail In-Home Sales Consultants to advance the Repair & Replace business.
• Strategically plan travel while adhering to budget constraints and achieving sales targets.
• Work alongside distributor partners and internal teams to synchronize sales programs and new product launches.
• Offer insights to marketing and product teams regarding sales messaging, product performance, and point-of-purchase (POP) materials.
• Aid customer service by resolving claims and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Suggest adjustments to product assortments to align with customer preferences and boost sales.
• Maintain high merchandising standards during each store visit.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (preferably in a client-facing role).
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for engaging with individuals and cultivating enduring relationships.
• Proficient in prioritizing multiple tasks, developing action plans, and following through to completion.
• Preferred: Coursework or a college degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in field sales.
• Understanding of the sales process and cycle.
• Background in the building materials or millwork sector (e.g., windows, doors, decking, railing, plumbing).
• Familiarity with any CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
