This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee and direct the comprehensive field support initiatives for Brooks at both Specialty and Big Box accounts within the designated territory.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing teams with product launches, in-store merchandising, and innovative grassroots programs.
• Collaborate with Sales management and Marketing to ensure the success of National Account sell-through programs and in-store promotions.
• Educate and inspire retail associates, runners, and relevant affiliates about Brooks' technology and product leadership through brand/product clinics, drop-in visits, and events.
• Represent Brooks at national and selected local running events and expos, including set-up, breakdown, distribution of materials, consumer interaction, and product trials.
• Complete weekly field notes detailing visits, clinics, and events, while also providing pertinent product and competitor insights.
• Appear in product videos for platforms such as YouTube, Myagi, educational resources, and social media as needed.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining an annual product seeding and corporate card budget, submitting monthly expense reports.
• Ensure the appearance and functionality of the leased company vehicle and all Brooks equipment.
• Must be willing to reside within an agreed-upon radius of the sales territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Retail is required; 2+ years is preferred.
• Experience in the Outdoor, Sports, or Athletic industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with performance athletic footwear, sport bras, apparel, accessories, and their related technologies.
• Knowledge of biomechanics related to human motion and basic injury prevention principles is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of retail math, inventory management, product merchandising, and retail selling techniques.
• Highly motivated with a diligent work ethic and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, including management of calendars, contacts, and budgets.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to comprehend the sport of running and connect authentically with runners to foster relationships within retail and the Brooks community.
• Ability to strategically allocate an annual budget to benefit both the territory and the brand.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods.
• Extensive travel is required; must be available and willing to work weekends and extended hours as necessary.
