Field Reimbursement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site and immediate educational support for office personnel concerning Reimbursement issues and support services.

• Provide training on Benefit Investigation, the Prior Authorization Process, Support Center Services, Medicare and Commercial coverage, as well as patient communication methods.

• Assist with Case management, updates in billing and coding, and ensure appropriate claims submission.

• Work in partnership with the case manager, averaging 4 collaborations per month, with additional support as necessary for escalated cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare-related reimbursement

• Extensive experience in medical reimbursement, particularly with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.

• Experience in supporting oncology products is preferred

• Must possess experience with Medicare and commercial insurance coverage.

• Demonstrated presentation skills and experience are required

• Proficient in computer skills, including PowerPoint and Web Meeting platforms
