Field Reimbursement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated territory with a focus on providing support for Reimbursement and Patient services.

• Assist in resolving patient reimbursement issues related to a specific medication.

• Inform the office about the Payer landscape and the services available.

• Cultivate relationships with physician offices and representatives from manufacturers.

• Communicate with providers and internal staff via telephone to coordinate site visits.

• Responsible for scheduling appointments and making outbound calls.

• Track program performance for both physicians and manufacturer representatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• At least 4 years of experience in healthcare-related reimbursement.

• Extensive knowledge of medical reimbursement, including Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.

• Experience in supporting oncology products is preferred.

• Familiarity with Medicare and commercial insurance coverage is essential.

• Demonstrated presentation skills and experience.

• High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Web Meeting tools.
